Hi All,
Please send us the nominations for the following office bearers of the Alumni
association by 5PM of 30th March, 2005 (IST).
a. Vice President
b. Secretary & Treasurer
c Batch wise representative (Starting from 1985 to 2004)

We will release the list of candidates by 5pm of 2nd April, 2005 (IST).
The electronic poll (yahoo poll) will start from 5pm of 5th April IST.
The yahoo poll will be secret and will be frozen at 5pm of 23rd April IST.
Even the election committee can not know who voted for whom.

They will only have the counts of votes against each candidate.

The Results of the Electronic Poll will be declared on 5pm of 24th April IST.
