 Mr.Ramakanta Panigrahi
 

               Mr.Ramakanta Panigrahi is presently a Technical Associate of Civil Engineering branch. He completed his graduation in Civil Engineering from UCE, Burla. He got his M.Tech in Structural Engineering from IIT, Delhi and is continuing his PhD in the same institution. He was posted as Assistant Engineer in the Department of Water Resources under the Government of Orissa. He has the following research papers to his credit:     

1) " DEFLECTION BEHAVIOUR OF TENSEGRITY STRUCTURES " by Mr.R.K.Panigrahi presented at the proceedings of National Conference on " New Perspective and Paradigm in materials and design of Civil Engineering Systems " held at Coimbatore.

2) " COMPREHENSIVE MONITORING OF TENSEGRITY STRUCTURES USING SELF-SENSING PIEZO TRANDUCERS " by Mr.R.K.Panigrahi presented at the proceedings of 4th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE on  " Smart Materials, Structures and Systems  " held at Bangalore.

3) " BEHAVIOUR OF FOLDABLE TENSEGRITY STRUCTURES " by Mr.R.K.Panigrahi presented at 3rd Specialty Conference on

 " Conceptual Approach to Structuctural Design " held at SINGAPORE .

4) " APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK FOR FORM FINDING OF TENSEGRITY STRUCTURES " by Mr.R.K.Panigrahi presented at INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE on " Artificial Intelligence " held at Pune. 

5) " POST EARTHQUAKE REHABILITATION USING TENSEGRITY STRUCTURES "  by Mr.R.K.Panigrahi presented at the proceedings of the NATIONAL CONFERENCE  " Earthquake Disaster Technology and Management " held at MNNIT,Allahabad.

6) " DEVELOPMENT OF LOW COST TENSEGRITY STRUCTURE BASED ON CABLE MODE OF DEPLOYMENT "  by Mr.R.K.Panigrahi presented at 8th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE  " Steel, Space and Composite Structure " held at KUALALAMPUR ,MALAYSIA . 

7)  " FABRICATION AND TESTING OF LOW COST FOLDABLE STRUCTURES FOR MASS SHELTERING " by Mr.R.K.Panigrahi presented at the 10th ASIA-PACIFIC CONFERENCE held at BANGKOK, THAILAND .   

8) " RESPONSE DUE TO TORSIONAL COMPONENTS OF EARTHQUAKE " by Mr.R.K.Panigrahi presented as M.Tech project.
